We deliver nationwide.

When will my order be delivered?

Ireland - nationwide: *Within 3- 5 days
*Please note that our estimated delivery times are for items that are in stock at the time of ordering. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your item has been despatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email with confirmation of your Tracking number.

What if I miss delivery?

If this occurs our courier will leave a calling card with details of your local depot and where you can collect.

Delivery Charges

All orders over €100.00 (including VAT) within Ireland are carriage free.
Otherwise a carriage charge of €9.00 (including VAT) will be incurred.


What's your return policy?

You may return any item bought from our standard range* within 30 days of delivery. Providing we receive the item complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with the original packaging and suitable for resale within this time, we'll exchange or refund it.

We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the product was delivered in error or is deemed to be faulty; otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

  • Goods that have been embroidered or printed.
  • Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*.
If you return an item please include details of the order number it relates to, your own details and whether you want a refund or an exchange so that we can best take care of your requirements.
*Our Standard range comprises those select products listed for sale on our website

What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?

Again, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Charges for returns

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error we will pay for the return otherwise the returns will be charged at the standard rate of €9.00 (includes VAT 23%).

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and usually within 5 working days from receipt of goods. For exchanges this may also be dependent on stock availability. Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will let you know via email that a refund is forthcoming.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Distance selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods, and receive a refund of all charges. This must be confirmed in writing and you will then need to return the item/s at your own cost. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage as returns will not be processed until the goods have been received by us. Returns must be as supplied; unused, unwashed, with the original packaging, and suitable for resale.
