Rock Fall PM4008 Baltimore S3 safety boot

The PM4008 Baltimore from Rock Fall footwear is a wide fitting lightweight all-purpose waterproof safety boot that is widely specified on contracts due to its expansive size range (UK 3-15/EU 36-50) and uniform styling, enabling it to be ‘the one for everyone’.
 
It has a 100% non-metallic construction and features a roomy, fibreglass toecap and composite midsole which allows the foot the flex and move freely. Both features help to provide its S3 protection rating, the fibreglass toecap protects from falling objects and compression, and the penetration resistant composite midsole helps prevent sharp objects from puncturing the sole.  These meet the requirements of the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard, shock resistance is 200 J, resistance to compression is 15000 N, resistance to nail penetration is 1100 N.
 
All day comfort comes from a lightweight EVA comfort footbed and it also includes an Activ-Tex® waterproof membrane that is breathable and has been tested for 8 hours (5 times longer than EN requirements).
 
The dual density PU outsole provides abrasion resistance and exceptional shock absorption and weight reduction.  SRC rated for slip resistance (highest performance rating), it offers grip on wet and slippery surfaces, and is also resistant to oils.
