3M WorkTunes Pro radio ear defenders

The HRXS221A WorkTunes™ Pro ear defenders (ear muffs, headset) from 3M/Peltor provide hearing protection from potentially harmful workplace noise while also allowing the wearer to listen to the built in AM/FM radio. The built-in antenna with fast digital tuning, and voice guided menu system with announced frequencies makes this hearing protector flexible and easy to work with. Includes a 3.5 mm input jack/plug for listen-only stereo input (limited to 82 dB) for connection to external devices (e.g. smartphone, radio, two-way radio, music storage). Auto power off turns headset off after 4 hours of non-use, to save energy and a low-battery warning informs you when to change batteries
 
The WorkTunes Pro conforms to EN 353-1 (Hearing Protection - Ear Defenders) with an SNR value of 26 dB. The SNR (Single Number Rating) indicates an attenuation/reduction value averaged over high, medium and low frequencies. An SNR value of 26 dB (decibels) absorbs 100 dB and reduces it to 74 dB.
