3M 6000 series full face mask
The 6000 Series full face mask (full face respirator) from 3M is a reusable mask that helps provide protection against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapours when used with the appropriate 3M cartridges and filters. It features a large polycarbonate lens that’s impact resistant and gives excellent visibility and a wide field of view. This mask is made from a soft, elastomeric facepiece that makes it comfortable to wear for long work shifts. The four-strap suspension means it’s easy to put on or take off when moving between safe and contaminated areas. It uses the 3M bayonet system to allow connection to a broad range of 3M twin filters, depending on the specific risks identified. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve helps reduce heat and moisture build-up and provides less restriction to your breathing. The 6000 Series has a specially designed range of spares and accessories to help you maintain the right level of comfort and protection should parts become worn or damaged. Available in sizes Small, Medium and Large.
Complies with European standard EN 140:1998 (Respiratory protective devices - half masks and quarter masks) and EN 166B (personal eye protection, small object impacts of 120 m/s).
Applications: Protection against particulates (dusts, oil/water based mists) and a wide variety of hazardous vapours & gases (dependent on chosen filter) when painting, welding, chemical handling, construction, utilities, mining, pharmaceutical, and smelting.

Before use it is essential that all instructions have been read, the correct filter/vapour cartridge is chosen for the risk involved, and a correct fit is achieved.
